This Personal Data Privacy Statement is the official provision of the takeproxy.com Internet service (hereinafter referred to as the Service) and the Service’s representative offices in messengers that are mentioned on the pages of the Service (including the @takeproxy channel in the Telegram messenger). To be able to use the services, the user must provide the Service Administration with personal data (and others) that may be needed by the Service Administration to provide services for renting electronic (proxy) addresses on the Internet. By providing his/her data to the Service Administration, the User agrees to the collection, processing, storage and transfer of such data to third parties in order to organize the provision of services. Within the framework of the Service, Users are given the opportunity to place an order for renting proxy addresses from the list offered on the pages of the Service. Services within the framework of the Service are provided on a reimbursable basis (the cost and characteristics are published at the following address – https://takeproxy.com/ceny/, while the User agrees that the data on this page is for informational purposes only (not an offer) and can be changed by the Service Administration unilaterally).
The Administration reserves the right to use personal data to fulfill contractual obligations that have been agreed between the parties.
The collection, processing, storage and transfer of personal data of Users, which were provided by such users voluntarily, is carried out under the following conditions:
The Service Administration respects the privacy of Users and has developed this privacy statement to demonstrate its commitment to protecting the privacy of Users. This privacy statement describes the information that the Service Administration collects, how this information may be used, to whom it may be shared, and in what cases it may be disclosed. The Service Administration recommends that Users carefully read this Personal Data Privacy Statement when using the Service or doing business with the Service Administration. By using the Service, the User accepts the rules described in this Personal Data Privacy Statement.
The Regulation has been developed in strict compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, international regulations on the collection, processing, protection and use of personal data, as well as generally accepted rules for the processing, storage and transfer of personal data on the Internet, as well as other regulatory documents that regulate the procedure for processing, storing and transferring personal data on the Internet.
In its form, this document is an offer, namely a unilateral offer to an unlimited number of persons to conclude an agreement on the terms specified in this document. Any active actions of the User within the framework of the Service (including registration, ordering, etc.) are recognized by the Service Administration as acceptance of this offer and indicate that the User has read the terms of this Personal Data Privacy Statement, accepts such conditions, agrees to the processing of his personal and other personal data, and also confirms that in accordance with the jurisdiction of his state he has the right to enter into such contractual relations (has a sufficient level of legal capacity).
In the event that one or more of the terms of this Privacy Statement are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Privacy Statement shall not be affected.

Continued use of the Service and its services, after any such changes, means full acceptance of such changes and additions. The moment of changes in this Regulation is the date of publication of the new version of the Regulation on the pages of the Service at the specified address.
In this Regulation, personal data means information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified. The Service Administration guarantees the proper protection of users’ personal data provided for by the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (Strasbourg, January 28, 1981).
Processing of personal data means any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, restoration, use and distribution (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including the use of information (automated) systems.
The Service Administration informs users that by providing any personal data in the process of using the Service or its services, the user thereby provides the Service Administration with consent to the processing of personal data to the extent and by the means provided for in this Regulation.
Consent to the processing of personal data is understood as a voluntary expression of the will of an individual (subject to his/her awareness) regarding the granting of permission to process his/her personal data in accordance with the formulated purpose of their processing, expressed in writing or in a form that allows a conclusion to be made about the provision of consent.
INFORMATION AND DATA THAT IS COLLECTED IN THE PROCESS OF USING THE SERVICE.
- The Service Administration may collect information that can identify the User. The Service Administration may collect this information through the Service (including at the time of the User’s registration), as well as in the process of using the Service’s functionality by the Users. By using the Service, the User authorizes the collection, analysis and storage of data related to the provision of services and cooperation within the Service.
- In the process of using the Service, the User provides the Service Administration with personal and other information that is necessary for the Service Administration to provide services, including information that may be transferred by the Service Administration to third parties to organize the provision of services.
- The Service Administration reserves the right to transfer the information received to counterparties in order to fulfill its obligations to such persons.
- The Service Administration reserves the right to transfer the information received to state bodies and departments at their request, in accordance with the law and other regulations of the current legislation, as well as the norms of international law.
- Any personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The Service Administration uses the provided data only for the purposes listed in this Regulation, as well as to improve the quality of the Service and its services.
- The Service Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User, but reserves the right to monitor the accuracy of such personal data. The Service Administration is not responsible for the negative consequences and conflict situations that occurred as a result of the provision of erroneous personal data by the User.
INFORMATION AND DATA THAT MUST BE PROVIDED IN ORDER TO USE THE SERVICE.
- In order to start using the services, the User will be asked to provide certain data by entering such data into the registration form, namely the User’s email address, which is provided during the User’s registration process on the https://panel.takeproxy.com/register/ page. The Service Administration may collect and store any personal information that the User provides when using the Service or in any other way. Any data received is collected, processed, stored and used by the Service Administration in strict accordance with this Regulation, as well as regulations that govern the use of personal data of Users.
